Network Service Providers are persons providing any services as network service providers. The Act exempts the network service providers from any liability arising from any third party information or data made available by them.

However, in order to claim such exemption, the network service providers are required to prove that the offence was committed without their knowledge or that they had exercised due diligence to prevent the commission of such offence.

Network Service Provider means "an intermediary" for the purpose of this act.
